Week 2: Just for Fun

My friend and colleague Ken recently returned from an exciting trip to South America and shared some knowledge that I in turn want to share with you WHUDDERS.


Whud is it?




It's "caju" otherwise known as cashew. That's right... each nut grows on a much larger fruit (which is made into a bitter juice). Now perhaps it makes a little more sense why they're one of the more expensive nuts.
