Week 10: Just for Shame
Whud WAS it?
It was arguably harmless and beautiful street art, created by "Tattoo", a homeless man I met and blogged about just a few weeks ago. The city had it removed by concrete breaking tools, presumeably because it was considered destruction of city property.
